Our platform serves as the central nervous system for financial organizations, connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

We've solved some of the most complex problems applying AI to finance - precision and accuracy, which are non-negotiable in this industry.

We're a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset managers. We are a small team with deep expertise in finance and technology. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.

The Role

You will own pipeline generation and lead development at Finpilot. As our dedicated BDR, you'll be responsible for building our top-of-funnel and creating a predictable flow of qualified opportunities. You'll design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies to reach key decision-makers at allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers.

Your mission is to identify, research, and engage investment, operations and technology leaders at target organizations including CIO, CTO and COO. You'll build creative approaches to connect with prospects through industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

You'll also collaborate on content strategy initiatives including LinkedIn presence, blog content, and newsletter development to build awareness and generate inbound interest. Working directly with the founder, you'll help establish our sales processes and contribute to shaping our go-to-market approach.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

  • Financial services industry experience with understanding of investment management ecosystem

  • Experience with multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone)

  • Ability to engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers


Ideal Background:

  • Previous experience selling to or working with allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers

  • Understanding of institutional investment processes and industry pain points

  • Experience identifying and leveraging industry events and conferences
